Fritz App for Android is available for download

AVM Fritz announced the end of January App for Android smartphones as a pre-release version available for download. This software will also be presented at CeBIT (Hall 13, C48). Coming soon to follow an iPhone version.

The applications allow the use of smart phones at home for the communication to and from landline and DSL. This can be done through a wireless connection-and outbound VoIP and landline calls. Other functions such as telephone book or call list are available.

AVM is already working on the next version. It should offer HD voice, among other things. In addition to the Apps, the new models are shown Fritzbox 3370 and 6360th The latter is the first device from AVM with integrated cable modem.
